Types of Data We Collect
While visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing products or services from IncluFit, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number, postal address. We collect this information for the purpose of providing our product and services, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your purchase orders, and improving our services. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit www.inclufit.com. This log data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
We use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns when someone visits our website. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
Do Not Track Disclosure
We support Do Not Track ("DNT"). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.
You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.
As part of the registration process for our mailing list, we collect personal information. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses.

You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send. You may also request to opt out of future communications by contacting us via email at email@example.com.
Purchase of Products or Services
When you purchase products or services online your name, address data, email and phone number will be stored in our ecommerce system, OpenCart.
Your credit card information is never stored in our system. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.
Compliance with Laws
IncluFit (and trusted partners acting on our behalf) uses your personal data:
- to provide goods and services to you;
- to provide you with information that you requested from us;
- to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information;

IncluFit uses the personal information collected while our website, creating an account, or purchasing products or services for the following reasons:

In order to make certain products and services available to you, we may need to share your personal data with some of our service partners. These include IT, payment processing, delivery, and marketing service providers.

How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our website. Our website does not address anyone under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time IncluFit, LLC requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information may be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.
