Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at IncluFit!  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Purchases

Most of our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.  A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.  If any part of your order is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing merchandise, please contact us immediately. 

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged

 

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

 

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom orders
  • Downloadable items including Videos, Online Courses, Audio, and E-books
  • CD’s (unless unopened in original packaging with security seal intact)
  • DVD’s (unless unopened in original packaging with security seal intact)
  • Printed materials, including manuals and books

 

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for exchange or refund unless deemed non-returnable.  See Non-Returnable Products above.

 

Digital Products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.  See Non-Returnable Products above.  Contact us at support@inclufit.com for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

 

Manufacturer Defects

Our customers' satisfaction is our highest priority.  IncluFit offers a 1-year warranty on all products.  Additional warranties may be available through the manufacturer.  In the case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us or refer to the product’s warranty policy.

 

Return/Exchange Process

To return or exchange a product, To start the return/exchange process, login to your Account and then click on View your order history.  Click on the View button next to your order to view the order details.  Then click on the Return button next to the item that you wish to return/exchange.  On the Product Returns page, validate the order information and product information, complete the reason for return section, check the box agreeing to our Return Policy and click the Submit button.

Once you have contacted us, you will receive instructions on how to return your purchase.  Unless otherwise instructed, ship your package back with its original packaging via insured mail, FedEx or any other traceable method to:

Once we receive the item, we will process a refund or exchange right away.  For returns, your refund will typically arrive in your bank account within 1-3 business days after we process the refund.  Exchanges will be processed as a return of the original item and a new order.

 

Restocking Fees

IncluFit, LLC reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fee on any item returned for a refund, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or was delivered with visible damage.   

A restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price of the item always applies in the following circumstances:

  • Unclaimed or refused packages.
  • Packages delivered via freight shipping.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.  You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from IncluFit.

Return shipping charges will be waived if the product has a manufacturing defect.   Please contact us for assistance in returning defective merchandise.

 

Packages with Visible Damage

Refuse any shipment with signs of visible damage. Send an email to sales@inclufit.com with your order number to notify us that the shipment was refused. We will arrange delivery of a replacement upon contacting the shipping company.  Note:  Shipments refused without signs of visible damage will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

IncluFit is not responsible for unclaimed or refused packages, domestic and international, whereby the shipping company made frequent attempts (varies by shipper) to deliver an order however, either no one was available (regardless of whether the destination is a home or business) to claim the package or the package was refused for any reason (exception: Packages with Visible Damage, see above). If the package is returned to IncluFit, the customer shall be liable for all inbound and outbound shipping costs including any additional cost to re-ship the order. Unclaimed or refused orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 

Education & Training - Live Workshops

 

Cancellation

Workshop registration fees are non-refundable.  Cancellations may be granted in special circumstances, on a case by case basis.  If you need to request to cancel your registration, please email sales@inclufit.com prior to the listed start date of the workshop.  Any cancellation requests received after the start of the workshop will not be approved.  All approved cancellations are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.  No shows are non-refundable for any reason.

 

IncluFit makes every effort to hold all workshops as scheduled, however, workshops may be canceled or postponed due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.   If IncluFit postpones or cancels a live workshop you may choose to

 

  • receive a full refund.
  • transfer registration to another session of the same workshop on a new date/time.
  • have your registration fee held on account for a future event.

 

In the event that a workshop is postponed or canceled, IncluFit is NOT responsible for any other expenses the participant may have incurred.  Therefore, we highly recommend that you do not commit to non-refundable travel accommodations or any other arrangements that would result in financial loss due to the postponement or cancellation of a workshop.

 

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your workshop to a later date, you may do so by emailing sales@inclufit.com.  Rescheduling requests received at least 10 days prior to the start date of the workshop will incur no rescheduling fee.  A rescheduling fee of $75.00 applies to any request received less than 10 days prior to the start date of the workshop.

 

Transferring Registration to Another Person

You may transfer your registration to another person at any time prior to the start of the workshop by emailing sales@inclufit.com.  A $75.00 transfer fee applies to all transferred registrations.

 

Education & Training - Webinars

 

Cancellation

You need to cancel your registration, you may do so at any time prior to the start of the webinar by contacting sales@inclufit.com.  You may choose to

  • receive a refund to your credit card.
  • transfer registration to another session of the same webinar on a new date/time.
  • have your registration fee held on account for a future event.

 

A $15 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.  No shows are non-refundable for any reason.

 

If IncluFit postpones or cancels a webinar you may choose to

  • receive a full refund.
  • transfer registration to another session of the same webinar on a new date/time.
  • have your registration fee held on account for a future event.

 

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your webinar to a later date, you may do so by emailing sales@inclufit.com.  You may reschedule your webinar at any time prior to the start of the webinar at no cost.   A rescheduling fee of $15.00 applies to any request received after the start of the webinar.

 

Transferring Registration to Another Person
