A non-profit organization that focuses on helping kids and adults with special needs to participate in health and wellness classes to live a healthier and more independent life. Our goal is to create an all-inclusive and supportive community where we get to exercise and move while having fun!

This organisation was founded at the end of 2022 with the hope of providing free and accessible group fitness classes to kids & adults with special needs. We hope to continue to grow in participants & services provided to expanding the regularity and accessibility of fitness to all.

MEET THE TRAINERS

Aileen Wong

Aileen is a lululemon Ambassador, a passionate Group Class Instructor, and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer from Panama. She is also the Co-founder of MINDFIT, a platform dedicated to inspiring others to live a healthy lifestyle and cultivate a kind and loving relationship with their mind and body. Aileen has a special place in her heart for giving back, having taught boxing, swimming, spinning, and rebounding to people with special needs.. Her mission is to spread positivity and empower others to reach their full potential. She believes that fitness should be for everyone.

Kathleen Dino

Maddie Jones

Maddie is a certified personal trainer who specialises in pre and postnatal fitness.

She previously worked as a yoga teacher for 4 years teaching many different styles of yoga, movement and mobility whilst working as a personal trainer part-time. Maddie now dedicates her time to coaching people 1:1 to help her clients make long-lasting and healthier lifestyle choices. She uses her experience as a yoga teacher to make individualised programs for her clients, incorporating mobility, strength and breathwork.

Maddie loves helping people. She wants to help people realise that health and fitness don’t have to be all or nothing. She loves working with mums-to-be and new mums especially, helping them find their way back to their bodies through consistency, patience and compassion.

Ashleigh Martin

Ashleigh is a Fitness coach & Personal Trainer with eight years of experience sharing fitness with people of all ages and abilities and specializes in making movement and wellness choices, enjoyable, efficient, and long lasting.

Ashleigh is a Certified Mental Health First Aider, Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach & Fighter with a passion for making a fulfilling & active lifestyle accessible and sustainable for everyone.

Kathleen uses her passion for dance and now fitness, her acquired knowledge and skills from being an athlete, and her wisdom from her own experiences to help others achieve holistic health and fitness goals. She puts balance between fun and challenge in whatever she does - whether it’s in dancing, in teaching her classes, or doing HYROX!

Han-Mi

Han-Mi is an energetic instructor that specialises in mobility training and strength group classes. She volunteers regularly for several charities that serve the Hong Kong community because she is a breast cancer survivor, a mental health advocate and neurodivergent individual herself (ADHD).

Kim Petersen

Kim is a professional dancer, educator and choreographer from San Francisco, California. Over more than a decade, Kim has dedicated her life in Hong Kong to a career in youth and special needs education. She mainly teaches in schools and works closely with non-profit organisations to create inclusive and meaningful spaces for individuals to express themselves through movement.

Kim has been involved in multiple community projects with West Kowloon, Unlock Dancing Plaza, African Drumming & Dance Connection, and Musical Dreams Theatrical, and has choreographed for the Hong Kong Players, Majestic Entertainment, and the French May. She has also presented her work at the Hong Kong International Inclusive Dance Festival and YAMA Foundation’s Accessible Wellbeing Conference.

Tarryn Maree

Tarryn is a qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, specializing in Pre and postnatal,Special needs and injury rehab.

She is passionate about helping people improve their health and wellness, and she takes great pride in seeing her clients progress and reach their goals.

Her approach to training is holistic, considering not just physical fitness, but also mental and emotional wellbeing. She believes that a positive and supportive environment is key to achieving long-term success, and she strives to create a welcoming, encouraging, and judgment-free atmosphere.
