A non-profit organization that focuses on helping kids and adults with special needs to participate in health and wellness classes to live a healthier and more independent life. Our goal is to create an all-inclusive and supportive community where we get to exercise and move while having fun!

This organisation was founded at the beginning of 2023 with the hope of providing free and accessible group fitness classes to kids & adults with special needs. We hope to continue to grow in participants & services provided to expanding the regularity and accessibility of fitness to all.

MEET THE TEAM

AILEEN WONG

Aileen is a lululemon Ambassador, a passionate Group Class Instructor and NASM Certified Personal Trainer from Panama. She is the Fitness Director of Fluid X and Co-founder of MINDFIT. Mindfit focuses on helping others to inspire them to live a healthy lifestyle and lead a kind and loving relationship with their mind and body. Aileen has also taught boxing and rebounding to people with special needs in collaboration with Love21 Foundation as well as teaching swimming to special need children in her hometown of Panama.

Tarryn is a qualified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, pecializing in Pre and postnatal,Special needs and injury rehab.

She is passionate about helping people improve their health and wellness, and she takes great pride in seeing her clients progress and reach their goals.

Her approach to training is holistic, considering not just physical fitness, but also mental and emotional wellbeing. She believes that a positive and supportive environment is key to achieving long-term success, and she strives to create a welcoming, encouraging, and judgment-free atmosphere.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Apart from being a full-time university student, Catherine is also an aspiring personal trainer. During the Covid pandemic was where she found her passion and interest in fitness. Her brother, Adam, has special needs. She has lots of experience working with special needs students from helping out at Jockey Club Sarah Roe School.

MEET THE TRAINERS

Kathleen uses her passion for dance and now fitness, her acquired knowledge and skills from being an athlete, and her wisdom from her own experiences to help others achieve holistic health and fitness goals. She puts balance between fun and challenge in whatever she does - whether it’s in dancing, in teaching her classes, or doing HYROX!

She is also a former member of PH National Team for Rhythmic Gymnastics.

NATASHA SIU

Natasha is currently a freelance creative, with skills in photography, videography, illustration and graphic design. She grew up in Hong Kong as a competitive athlete in various sports. Upon returning from studies overseas, she rediscovered her passion for fitness and movement after finding an incredible community of yoga and strength training instructors (Aileen included). She has always had a heart for working with non-profit organisations, whether human or animal focused. Natasha served as the ‘Social Media & Marketing Manager’ of Inclufit from Sep-Dec 2023.
