Our Group Fitness Classes
Fitness classes that break the barriers between special needs families and a healthy and active life. IncluFit offers free fitness classes. We are an inclusive community with students who all live very different lives, some with autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy and some who are visually-impaired, hearing-impaired and wheelchair users too. With this, we hope to create an inclusive safe space for our students where they can fully express themselves.
Our classes will be a variety of different activities such as; functional training, boxing, agility drills, coordination exercises and fun games.
We strongly believe that all individuals have the ability to learn something and that they should be given a fair opportunity to try.
