  • These classes were made for participants with special needs and disabilities, as well as their caregivers. Open to all ages and genders. We aim to make these fitness classes as inclusive for everyone, so we will try to adapt and make arrangements for any and all types of special needs.

  • Free group fitness classes.

    We run different types of group fitness classes every month. They are taught by some of the best instructors in Hong Kong, at zero cost to participants and their caregivers.

  • The classes are held in a mix of indoor and outdoor venues. The locations are largely determined by what venues donate their space to our cause. Some previous venues have been generously sponsored by AIA Vitality Hub (Central Pier), XP Fitness (Central) and Cafe 8 (Central Pier). We are always looking for new venues and sponsors, so let us know if yo have a space that is available on Sunday mornings :)

  • Our founder and team are all active members of the HK fitness community, so we know all too well, how beneficial exercise/fitness/movement/community is to our physical and mental health. We wanted to create a safe space that was all-inclusive for members of the special needs community to be able to sweat, learn, express themselves and build relationships. We found that many existing organisations, were not always fitness-specific, english speaking and/or open to all types of needs, and/or provided the services completely free of charge. So, we created our own!

  • Supporting Inclufit by monetary donations will allow us to expand our programs, offering more classes, more class variety, with different instructors, and more locations. We are currently limited by locations that are generously sponsored, but that limits us to certain off-peaks times. The types of classes we are able to offer and the instructors who teach, are reliant on the generous busy full-time instructors who volunteer. Funds would allow us to pay them for their time, and reach a wider variety of fitness programs we are able to offer.

  • Volunteer - We are always looking for volunteers to help us in classes, just looking after the participants. We also always looking for instructors, so if you are a certified group fitness class instructor or a PT who would like a new challenge. Photographers/videographers/graphic designers/marketing, we’re always looking to spread our mission, so if you have some creative skills and have some free time, come volunteer for us!

    Spread the word - Share. Share. Share. Share our story, our work with your friends/family/workplace. Spreading our cause and message may allow us to reach more humans who may benefit from our services, and/or inspire someone else to support our cause.

    Referrals - Know someone who may like our classes? Let them know, share our socials/email/whatsapp with them and we can invite them to try.

    Non-monetary sponsorships - Any goods/services/marketing slots etc. Any little bit helps. Some ideas maybe: snacks/drinks to fuel participants during classes, providing a marketing spot at your own/company events, providing us a venue to host classes, providing your services to our participants or to incentivise more people to volunteer etc. There are many ways, so feel free to send any ideas our way, and we can have a chat!
